We promise to ship your order discreetly! All orders will be shipped in standard post office parcels, no stickers, images, or other giveaways! No one will know that you're about to have a Sinsational time!
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT AND COMPLETE WITH APARTMENT NUMBER ( if Applicable). If your package is returned to sender due to you providing the incorrect address, you will need to purchase the Product Reship to cover the cost of printing another label and reshipping it to you. If you do not want to pay the reship fee, your order will be cancelled and refunded, minus the 25% restocking fee that will be applied.
Please keep in mind that all orders are processed in the order that they are received. Selecting Expedited Shipping at checkout will expedite your shipping time, but will not place your order before the others which were placed before yours.
Please allow us up to 3-5 Business days for processing, and then another 3-5 business days for the package to ship to you. (Monday-Friday). TOTAL, You should receive tracking for your order in 6-10 Business days (Monday-Friday), not including any major holidays.
Processing times during ANY major sales may be up to 6-10 business days.
All orders are shipped through USPS. Naughty Sinsation is not responsible for package mishandling by USPS.
Notice About Delivery
Once your order has been confirmed delivered, either via USPS or No-Contact Delivery, we are no longer responsible for it! If selecting No-Contact Delivery, please ensure that someone will be there to receive it, or you have appropriate security measures in place. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages; they will not be replaced.

Warm water and a mild soap is the best way to clean your toys before and after use. For a deep cleaning, an alcohol- free toy cleaner is recommended.
